SCHOOL ARREST: Student Charged After Threat | Crime

A Marshalltown high school student has been charged with one count of Terroristic Threats a Class D Felony.

The alleged offense occurred on January 22nd when he posted a general threat of violence on a Facebook.

Police officers contacted Marshalltown Community School District Administration Officials making them aware of the threat and subsequent investigation.

The police released the arrest information about the 16 year old Wednesday.

The alleged threat came one week after police charged another 17 year old Marshalltown High student with the same charge for making threats of violence.
